Pros

No salary problem. For admission they provide 1.gold coin. Good greenish environment in Karur.

Cons

Usually they make agreement(bond) for 4 years while joining. The work pressure is more and more. They recruit mostly hostel willing faculties. During placement training days we have to stay there till 7 to 9 PM The faculties there are treated as the slaves. LOP will be incorporated for silly mistakes. Apart from all we must work under an ME graduate who has no skills. They schold faculties like a street dog. No freedom, no privacy, even they check our mobile phones,. Entire campus is equipped with surveillance camera to monitor faculties only. If we want to break the bond we should pay 6 months salary if it is other than February. If the notice period is February we need to pay 3 months salary Getting originals from them is like "digging in desert for water" .. highly complicated. Admission torture is soo high They collect empty cheque from faculties. Job security is not there. At the beginning of each sem they will conduct assessment and send out the facilities. They send out faculties even after a month of recruitment. Worst working environment.

Worst management - constant surveillance no peace of mind Teachers treated like slaves - lack of respect, zero free hours Inadequate facilities - Food, restroom cleanliness
