You failed to mention that you accepted an intern position, then refused to sign the employment papers because you were busy trying to manipulate the company into giving you a FT role. During your brief time with the company we talked about this countless times in person, through slack, text, email, and during multiple 1:1 mtgs with me, your manager, and even colleagues and your friends. Down to your last day with with the company you refused to sign even your direct deposit docs so I had to write you a check and leave it with your friend because you stormed out. We took a chance on you, and unfortunately you let us down in both professionalism, and performance. I really hope things work out for you in the future, but this kind of nonsense isn't the way.
