Strong, supportive team with a “work hard, play hard” mentality. The company is growing quickly but already has a solid foundation. There’s real flexibility, clear expectations, and employees who can operate as leaders are trusted, valued, and set up to succeed

High expectations and accountability — great if you’re self-motivated and have those senior leadership qualities, but not ideal if you prefer a very structured or slow-paced environment

Since it's a new company, there's still some room for growth when it comes to organization (ex: sprint schedules are subject to change, designs occasionally change after development has started, etc). This doesn't bother me personally, but may be an adjustment for folks coming from companies with more structure. Overall, I love working at V.Two and would recommend it to anyone.
