Pros
Colleagues are great & easy to get along with
Cons
Previously would work office based 2x a month, now having to work 50% of the time. They say will be flexible with the working from home, but turns down every flexible working request. High staff turnover, mostly due to the way management treats staff. No career progression opportunities, unrealistic targets of completing notes in 30 seconds before moving back into another call - lack of support helping people reach targets. Management will make you feel awful and scared to call in if you/dependents are unwell with a very unsupportive feel - far from the family - friendly policy they have in place. The sort of workplace where you are quite simply just a number, office isn’t big enough to accommodate staff working 50% office based, no proper car parking places for all staff and can see clear favouritism between management and certain employees. Will often find employees working when they can barely lift their heads from the pillow due to them being too scared to deal with management. Used to have a 40 minute meeting each month for team bonding activities but no longer get any off phone activity other than for team meetings and 121 meetings.
