Pros
Hours are steady and sometimes temporary accommodations can be made for life events. The company genuinely cares about workplace morale. Administratively, V2X has its ducks in a row making things easier for employees regarding pay, benefits, and company training. If I ever have questions, comments, or concerns, calling someone is easy and quick.
Cons
The proprietary maintenance program the company uses leaves much to be desired and the company is very lethargic when problems are pointed out, changes are requested, and access is needed.
