• Management style felt one-sided, and employee concerns were not always heard from a neutral perspective. • Training was limited to specific tasks, but expectations later expanded beyond what was clearly taught. • After raising issues, I personally felt a drop in work allocation and increased scrutiny, which created pressure. • The Performance Improvement Process (PEP) seemed to be used frequently, and at times it felt more like a disciplinary step than a development opportunity. • Communication on the floor sometimes felt uncomfortable, and I did not always feel respected while raising concerns. • HR support did not feel fully independent, as escalations appeared to route back to the same leadership. • I noticed several employees joining and leaving within short periods, which affected team stability.

Pros

I don't think there are any pros other than that you only have a job when you work for them.

Cons

No job opportunities the benefits are also not good. There is no sponsorship for GC and no yearly evaluation of your performance to get a promotion, but if you don't do well, for sure you will get blamed.
