Very heavy focus on cold outbound Limited exposure to strategic sales. This changes as you progress to Sr BDR role

Pros

They've hired very intelligent people and treat them well. Benefits and work life balance were the best I have worked at in Europe. The culture of building is good and the product organization is very good.

Cons

Messy human resources, people fired too late became issues to company culture. Some teams have a culture of complaining. especially younger people
