Pros
Not a lot, to be frankly honest.
Cons
I worked through this company as a Virtual Assistant, and while it can be a stepping stone for people looking to break into remote work, my overall experience was disappointing.
The biggest issue is the compensation structure. Clients are billed significantly more than what VAs actually receive, yet there is very little transparency about where that difference goes. Despite working directly with American clients and meeting their expectations, the pay often feels disconnected from the value being delivered.
The company also uses strict time-tracking software that regularly captures screenshots throughout the workday, creating an environment that feels more focused on surveillance than trust.
Another frustration is the lack of support from HR. When issues arise between VAs and clients, employees are often left to handle situations on their own rather than receiving meaningful advocacy or guidance. Benefits are also extremely limited. There are no significant bonuses, insurance options, or other perks that would make long-term employment attractive.
That said, if you’re in Venezuela and looking for an entry-level remote opportunity that can get you to around $1,000 per month in a full-time role, this company may help you get your foot in the door. My recommendation would be to use it as a stepping stone, gain experience, and continue looking for opportunities that offer better compensation, benefits, and professional support.
