Great culture and WFH option is provided if needed. Very low ego environment full of smart and helpful people. The company is currently going through transformation. Going from a startup culture to a larger company culture and Leadership is really trying to take the best aspects of both stages of company growth.Work life is balanced.I believe that this company will become a fastest growing tier-1 service based company in the semiconductor field.

As of now I have not seen any Cons, I will be able to comment on this once I pass on the appraisal cycle.
