Great culture and we have WFH option. Very low ego environment full of smart and helpful people. The company is currently going through transformation. Going from a startup culture to a large company culture and Leadership is really trying to take the best aspects of both stages of company growth.Work life is Balanced. I believe that this company will become a fastest growing Tier-1 Service based on company in semiconductor field.

As of now I have not seen any Cons, I will be able to comment on this once I pass on the appraisal cycle.
