Pros
Valspec has proven to provide the best of both worlds to myself and my colleagues. We are still small enough where we have all the good things that come with that (personal connection, having a voice, agility, etc.) combined with the resources of a much larger organization. As a leader I am given autonomy and have been empowered to take things in the direction I see fit. I am confident all levels of the organization feel this way. Although not easy, Valspec has adopted a simple formula of adding great people, giving them the tools to succeed and providing growth opportunities. Valspec's reputation in the industry is very strong and primarily attributed to the integrity behind everything we do and the value that is put on our relationships with employees and customers.
Cons
No jeans day? C'mon! Just kidding. We are still a little formal at the home office but most of us spend a big portion of time at our client sites in which we mirror their dress code (usually a bit more casual)
