Pros

You get a lot of freedom working there and the chance to summit your own plans and propositions for change within the company.

Cons

Lack of structure and guidelines. Because of this, employees can suffer because of ever changing rules and regulations and it can show up in unequals treatment of employees.

Wages - big differences in pay for people with the same years of experience and responsibilities. Compared to the customer agents the difference in salary is a joke.
