      Pros

      Learned tons, made great friends with clients, worked with some REALLY smart folks.

      Cons

      Upper management is too focused on acquisitions, and is too chaotic internally, no proper vision it feels for the boots on the ground, and help desk gradually became very poor in quality. Also - theres not really any advancement outside of service, so eventually you have to leave to keep growing your career.
