      As the saying goes, the company is growing or dying. VC3 is *growing* There is variety and it is challenging with the fast pace There were NINETY (90) internal promotions in 2023

      Cons

      Providing IT services is *hard* Fast paced can be a burden at times It's often 'right, and fast' not just 'right, not fast'
