Poor communication in general. Hospital manager, staff and corporate are all on different pages. Poor training with high expectations. Virtually non-existent work life balance, staff worked until 12:30am and back to work at 8am, no motivation for employees trying to grow; co-worker started tech school but unable to finish due to staff forcing 12-14 hour days and no support. They will watch words carefully to avoid being sued but underhandedly expectations are to work hours past scheduled time and to not take meal breaks. Will absolutely take advantage of employees if allowed. Staff argues constantly without action from management. Constant schedule changes with no set day off. No wonder the VCA suicide rate is so high.
