Pros
The benefits are great and me fellow employees are wonderfull, but I think what I like the most is how much they care about serving our community!
Cons
In my particular position there really isn't room for growth. In order to move to another position I would need to go back to school. The company *will* pay for you to go to school, but it can be a bit of a struggle for that to actually happen.
