Pros
Experience I guess. Mostly experience to learn I never want to work for a place like this again. The experience of working hard and being fired to choosing freedom.
Cons
Will soon be fired from VCU health due to recent mandatory vaccine rules. Many may disagree with me, but at the end of the day, it is my body and nobody can take that freedom away from me. Anyway, the pay was low, high stress, and management was not too responsive on floor issues.
