horrible - Mental Health Technician VCU Health Employee Review

this place doesn’t care about mental health whatsoever and made our job harder. we got paid less than 18/hour for literally talking to pts all day. we weren’t allowed to leave the room or be on our phones so we spent a majority of the time counseling pts…drs had god complexes and literally didn’t care about the well-being of pts. nurses called us useless bc we couldn’t touch pts. we have degrees and know more about psych than them…we were prn so no benefits either
