- Continuously questionable business decisions are made leading to employees paying the price with decreased job security (including a huge round of layoffs), increased workloads, and flat salary raises.
- Frequent organizational changes/re-structuring based on company's dedication to buzzwords such as being “dynamic” and “fluid” lead to challenging work environment with little consistency.
