Pros

Some incredible people and talent that are looking for a way out. Depending on vertical/team, good work life balance.

Cons

VDX.tv lacks innovation and is a cautionary tale of corporate dysfunction and cult-like behavior from it's repetitive CEO. The management team is feckless and lacks the ability to challenge and influence change within the org creating a stale product in a highly competitive market - dissent is silenced and otherwise shown the door so conformity is enforced. Considering employment here is akin to willingly subjecting oneself to unnecessary stress and disillusionment as it's an extremely tough sales cycle unless you have the right contacts at the right places. Approach with extreme caution if you must as long-term tenure is a farse for most.

Pros

- Supportive and hardworking colleagues - Flexible remote work policy - Bi-Yearly company trips to exotic foreign locations

Cons

- Success at the company is largely dictated by your relationship with the CEO. Job security, salary raises, micromanagement levels are dependent on his opinion of you, regardless of objective job performance or peer feedback. - The company struggles to understand VDX’s role in the industry and how to position itself to clients/agencies, making it an incredibly difficult product to sell without strong pre-existing relationships. - Continuously questionable business decisions are made leading to employees paying the price with decreased job security (including a huge round of layoffs), increased workloads, and flat salary raises. - Frequent organizational changes/re-structuring based on company's dedication to buzzwords such as being “dynamic” and “fluid” lead to challenging work environment with little consistency. - Virtually no training for any internal systems, leading to an onboarding cycle that takes almost a full year to complete.
