Pros

Nothing to mention as i haven't seen any

Cons

When i joined the company 2025, i had great hopes, but soon i realized i have fallen into a trap, they follow rules listes to one person, its a dictator ship model, even when i found a mistake and if tend to correct, your team mates wont encourage you, instead they will make a complaint against you as you are not listening and abusing them, only one client so far, and this is even worse, since i joined i can see client is always right, no deniel if they have knowlge, but all they know is chat gpt, if that tool says yes, then its doable, so architectural thinking, even if you do, it will be rejected, as they are in the system for more a than decase. Worse part is vddart management knows well about this and dont even care, i wonder why they prefer immediate joiners, becuase none of them survives, here, if you dont believe me, look at the company hiring for the same position and look at the lowest reviews. also there are so many legal cases going against here for F&F, as none of them given notice period and asked to leave immediately, old employees filed complaint againt the company and never given the asset as well, check the old employees inthe linkidein, talk to any one you will come to know

You will be place in a project, leadership will “level you up” but you won’t get a raise in pay.

Pros

There’s no pros to highlight

Cons

My experience with Dot Digital has been quite troubling. The company is poorly managed, with leadership decisions that often feel disorganized and lacking transparency. Employee well-being does not appear to be a priority, as the focus seems to be heavily centered on profits rather than people. One of the most concerning issues is the way the company handles its contracts and employee relations. Staff have been pressured with threats of legal action, and the company requires signing NDAs that restrict individuals from working directly with clients for up to 18 months. Practices like these create a stressful environment and leave employees feeling controlled rather than supported.
