Weak and devalued experience - Costumer Support VDesk (Cyprus) Employee Review

we are just freelancers, worthless. The company makes changes whenever it wants, without asking for opinions and without worrying about employees. During 2020 the wages paid to freenlancers were decreasing and the bonuses that were interesting to work here were removed. The company decided to go for a walk with the boat employees and show that they were very successful and the freelancers started to receive half. Wow!!! AMs are very poorly organized, very friendly, but they work poorly. Our opinions do not count for anything. Submissions of suggestions for improvement are not even taken into account.
