Pros
Can't think of many - fully remote being the only thing but won't suit everyone
Cons
Leadership team are babies. Can't make decisions, stick to a strategy and don't value their people. Constant redundancies and major cliques that are impossible to break into. Arrogant and growing by pure luck. No leadership capability. They hire leaders from other companies who end up leaving because they are given no opportunity to make a difference and the complete lack of job security should be a scary prospect for anyone considering joining.
