Cons
Extremely limited structure and support. Developers were responsible for gathering requirements, writing stories, development, testing, and releases with no dedicated QA, business analysts, or scrum masters. Priorities changed frequently, scope was added mid-sprint, and deadlines were often adjusted without regard for existing workload. This led to frequent production issues and burnout.
