Company has made a lot of steps in right direction since being acquired by james hardie

Long hours and hot summers. Not enough minority representation in management

When it was ran by the Pace family, they actually cared about their product and team. They are so out of touch that they still show John Pace as CEO. He's been out of there for years. Azek forced him out of his own company. The people still there are mostly trash, besides a select few. The bad ones will find you still.

Azek is run by the worst people. Backstabbers and bean counters. No feel for people or culture. Took over the company and fired a bunch of people then stole the product from VERSATEX. They are now both the exact same product being sold as different brands. These people are not bright.
