Thank you for sharing your perspective. We understand that restructures can be disruptive and difficult, especially when they impact individuals so directly. Decisions around organizational change are never taken lightly, and it was especially hard to part ways with such talented people who bring strong SaaS experience and valuable skills. However, as VETRO prepares for its next stage of growth, we've made the intentional choice to invest more deeply in team, tools and processes with stronger alignment to our core domain.
