Pros

Pros are only that its closeby to the station and you can run back home once done.

Cons

No work-life balance, if you want to lose your mind, patience and sleep- only then join this company. I tried for soo many months and was losing my sleep over it. The day you join, its assumed that you should know everything about the work and company. No proper guidance, no mentor to review with anything. Left my job even before probation- it was that chaotic. Only old uncles and aunties work here who love playing politics. New comers are not welcomed at all. Treated like an alien!

the team are well versed with the work undertaken.

Cons

if you cannot speak hindi then you will not excel in this company, the company has hired south Asians only, most of the higher managers are on H1B visas, very much toxic work environment where the managers are expected to work on weekends and holidays.
