Pros
Opportunity to work from home.
Cons
They only care about making profit and making sure "the numbers" are up to expectation. No matter how much they tell you it is about the patient and getting their care handled, they would rather you rush and schedule the patient any and everywhere just to get through the numbers. Then when the patient comes back and says they do not want to go there they put the order back on your grid (to do list). When you are hired they give you an overall training on terminology of the job functions, but then when you go to your specific department you get little training and then they just checkpoint and criticize all your work. The founder, Van Miller would be rolling in his grave if he knew some lousy people are running his company into the ground.
