      Pros

      VGW has a proven track record of profit growth for 5+ years VGW is growing their team and has shown they will promote from within to keep their best performing employees VGW has good flexibility with employee needs and has shown they are happy to invest in employee training

      Cons

      The highly distributed global organization can be hard to navigate to figure out who is the real decision maker sometimes The senior management team is very engaged with the business and effectively leads the company through BAU improvements, but don't succinctly express a 5 year plan that well yet (though to be fair, growth has been extraordinary, so whatever they are doing is working so far).

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
