      Pros

      I truly enjoy the environment at VGW—it feels like I belong, and everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. Whenever I need assistance, the team leaders and colleagues are always quick to help. There’s no room for ego at VGW, which creates a very comfortable and welcoming work atmosphere. The weekly events, workshops, and activities organized by the company make the work environment even more enjoyable. VGW isn’t just about work; it also values fun and peace in the workplace. For all these reasons, I feel very lucky to be a part of it.

      Cons

      It would be great if the remote work location policy were expanded! Currently, it’s limited to Ontario, but it would be ideal if it could be extended to at least within the continent. Alternatively, a time-limited option could be introduced—for example, allowing employees to work outside of Ontario for up to 15 days. I believe this approach would yield better results and help prevent misuse rather than imposing a complete restriction.

      1 Generous and brilliant founder 2 Emphasis on tech and innovation for growth 3 Industry behemoth 4 Customer Operations abreast with ambiguous legal regulations

      Cons

      1 Inefficient internal support teams overstaffed with underqualified yet overpaid yet underperforming personnel 2 "People and Culture" a gross misnomer for the HR team. If not egregiously promulgating disregard for internal policies whenever personally convenient, incumbents of power, regardless of scope, habitually arbitrarily administer policies for personal gain 3 Persistent labor malpractices in some location
