      Onpersoonlijk en onmenselijk. Je bent echt een nummer. Als het slecht met je gaat, interesseert hun dat niks. Je krijgt het goed te horen als je iets niet goed doet, maar als je jarenlang goed werk levert, dan hoor je daar niks over. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen. Bijna iedereen zegt ja en doet vervolgens nee.
