Cons
Company is growing and in a transition period which has its hiccups with the networks and tech; employees' experiences seem to vary for better or worse depending on the department in which they work and their direct supervisors (not much uniformity across individual departments, let alone office locations); like many (all) consulting jobs, you must account for all hours of your time with a billability target.
