Directors do not understand the commercial arb market. They try and treat large contracts like a residential client. This leads to very last-minute actions being taken and constant chaos within the organisation

In the induction I'm told to use my own insurance not worksafe as its better for them. Fresh off the plane, not really understanding Canadian law this didn't register as a red flag. Until the insane obsession with profit and production started to cause injuries, and many of them. Troy and Martin were blackmailing people not to register their injuries through worksafe. This 5 dollar raise was then illegally retracted when staff complained. TLDR: Toxic profit based work environment with blackmail and injuries galore
