Lost it's way - Anonymous employee VIAVI Solutions Employee Review

Company has lost it's way. Decisions being made to simply cut costs and not looking at the overall business. Losing good people everyday as there is no motivation or reason for people to stay here. Upper management seems oblivious to what is going on within the company or perhaps they see it and really don't care. Anyone who is thinking of working here go elsewhere as this place is on a downhill slide.
