Overall VIAVI Quality - Engineer VIAVI Solutions Employee Review

Upper management beyond the local environment is a complete disaster. It is management by fire engine -- throw everyone at one project and neglect anything else, then throw everyone at the next project, etc. There seems to be zero thought as to addressing needs and designs when they are relevant, and instead wait until the project is nearly critical failure to market. They'll say a lot of words towards "being the top product in the market" however their project management shows anything but that.
