Pros

- Broad set of Dev technologies - Professional employees - Competitive salary - Possibility to work remotely - Overseas business trip opportunities - Well organized corporate events

Cons

May vary on a project. I participated in the mature project, which history goes back over 15 years. As result a lot of legacy code. However, new features are written in modern web-stack (React on client and ASP.NET Core as backend).

Pros

The management team was hands-on and committed to providing growth and opportunities as we collaborated with our partners and clients. They went out of their way to ensure we had the tools we needed and wanted to succeed.

Cons

Because we had partners on both sides, we had to implement fundamental changes to our day-to-day operations one to two times a month, based on our partners' requests

Pros

Pay was okay for the most part. People outside of leadership we great

Cons

Leadership, starting at the Head of departments and stretching all the way up to the executive level, are so far behind the times it's almost laughable — if it weren't so frustrating. Decision-making feels like it's stuck in a previous decade, with outdated processes, resistance to change, and a complete unwillingness to listen to the people actually doing the work day-to-day. Modern tools, fresh ideas, and innovative approaches are either dismissed outright or buried under layers of bureaucracy before they ever get a chance. It's demoralizing to watch the competition evolve while those at the top seem perfectly content standing still. Until there's a serious cultural shift in leadership — one that values adaptability, transparency, and forward thinking — this organization will continue to fall further and further behind. Data doesn't lie.
