Pros
You can earn clothes from sales and build great relationships with customers. The customers there are the nicest people I've met and still have great relationships with them.
Cons
You work on a every day basis with the owner who can be unprofessional. I've worked with CEOs and this one takes the win for most hard to work with and unprofessional person hands down. It’s a family business so where the line is drawn between professionalism and privacy has need ran over at full speed.
