Pros

The recruitment process was really good. I am not just stating that because I was offered a role, but the fact that I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Having a decent recruitment team that keeps candidates in the loop makes such a better impression on candidates. After a stage was finished, I was quickly advised of the next steps and offered times that would work for me. The team I sit in all tries and help each other, and a big part of that is the manager. A company can be great, but if a manager is bad, then it defeats the whole purpose of having a great company. Good employees do not usually quit companies and quit managers. In Viooh, it honestly seems they like they offer leadership roles to people who care about others. A great example of that is within the technical account management team. Could not ask for a better manager, who always offers support where needed. Across the board, people hired always seem willing to help others and that is again testament to the hiring process and the managers who have hired them

Cons

As within any startup, there are some things that could be better. But, the company asks for employee's input and is always looking to make things better.

Pros

Exciting Growth & Vision: The company is experiencing impressive double-digit growth with a very clear, exciting roadmap for the future. Transparent Leadership: Top-down communication from the Executive team is excellent. Regular all-hands meetings and business updates keep everyone aligned and informed. True People-First Culture: There is a genuine, measurable focus on the "people pillars"—specifically prioritising employee health, wealth, happiness, and professional growth.

Cons

Corporate Navigation: Because the company is part of a larger global corporate ecosystem, certain high-level approvals occasionally require group-level sign-off. This can sometimes impact execution velocity, though it's a standard trade-off for the stability and scale that a global parent company provides.
