      Pros

      The culture in the entire organisation is changing and creating a great atmosphere to work in. Growth opportunities within the business are great and your able to move within the company. Work Life balance is great with great benefits with a company that truly cares about it's employees.

      Cons

      Less of a con more of a note, the company is in the transition phase with new leadership coming in and making a real change from what I have seen in the past creating a great culture and providing me with great excitement for the future.

      Pros

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
