Pros
WFH, paid leaves, no timetracker.
Cons
High level of micromanagement. You are treated like a robot who can work anytime, no matter what. The organizational structure can change very quickly, sometimes almost overnight, and policies tend to shift frequently depending on management decisions. Taking leave can feel discouraged, as employees may be made to feel guilty for doing so. The hiring standards for new staff are also extremely high, which often results in very few people being hired. Much of the workload ends up being carried by the existing team members. Management often expects employees to perform well in new tasks or responsibilities even when little to no training is provided.
