Pros

They only true “Pro” about this job is that you work from home.

Cons

1. Their system is always disconnecting and they blame it on you so they don’t have to pay you . 2. The turnover is crazy and the “bonuses” are based on taking as many call as you can and putting in request so customers get a million calls from contractors. But the why they calculate it is always changing and my system wasn’t counting right from the start I asked and asked why and never got an answer . 3. Never got paid from any of the contest I won . 4. Was never told about healthcare enrollment to the day after enrollment then was told it was my fault I will have to wait till open enrollment which I still haven’t gotten that date. And it starts at 10.00 an hour and in training they tell you there are no raises it based on call . Upper management is VERY impersonal and have no people skills.
