- Able to work independently if PM allows (all depends on the PM) - There are good and motivated PMs to lead

- No longer hybrid mode - Bonus reviewed without employee (can be a random amount but capped) - Not many employee benefits (basic GP) - Employees are not appreciated even when they bring in value - Management leads the business as a whole
