      - Friendly Colleague - Generous paid leave

      - Management becoming more and more sucks - You never appreciated even though you give very good result - no bonus - no career progression - salary increment is very low

      Nothing much except maybe the Health insurance

      Cons

      The management has no experience managing a US structure and has lack of US market knowledge. SAP project pool very small not many opportunities to grow.
