Pros
Good salary, better than the most in the market. Nice employees and approachable. Events are cool. You could be onboarded onshore if the project needs you. You get paid for severance pay right on time.
Cons
Lack of relevant immersive trainings for people who are not that knowledgeable with AI. Lack of support from the management especially for a new project. Concerns about the team are not being prioritized. Some people get laid off without an option to be retooled. Budget is tight. Promotion is hard. You don't have bonuses as much. Christmas hampers are low budgeted compared to the old years.
