Used to be great - Realtime Captioner VITAC Employee Review

- Good luck getting hours if you’re not highly rated - You will try and and try and improve but the software they use is outdated and prone to making errors even if you do your best to try and mitigate them. - In the past, managers were hands on and there were a lot of opportunities to train for new service lines but somewhere along the long line of layoffs it just stopped and everything got worse. By the end, I was having constantly anxiety attacks thinking about the pressures and isolation of the job. - No opportunities for advancement.
