Not too many. Sometimes I would be stuck between what leadership wanted to do, different ways of doing things between the two owners. Was always worried about the future of the place and where I would belong.

Many estimators appear inexperienced, which can negatively affect repair plans and technician earning potential. Management often seems to have less operational experience than the estimators, leading to poor decision-making and a lack of support for technicians.
