Pros
-My coworkers were wonderful -you can use the therapies for free
Cons
-my biggest con was the boss. I don’t even know where to begin. She’s manipulative and controlling and doesn’t even live in Chicago! She even watched us on the camera and then calls us to tell us what we’re doing wrong. She’s never encouraged me or affirmed me for good work. But always, ALWAYS, criticized me. For the most minor things. Like answering a phone. Which led her to continue putting me down and that led me to walk out the door. She has two vastly different personalities and it’s terrifying because you never know what you’ll get. You can’t ever mess up without being yelled at. Literally yelled. I had such high hopes for this place and I’m sad it didn’t work out. But I’m glad to be gone. I hope she gets the help she needs. And maybe can take a vacation. -no paid days off/sick days/vacation etc -not paid overtime, or extra on holidays -have to work 3/4 weekends a month -very inconsistent schedule -can be very slow
