Thank you for your feedback. We are truly concerned that the experience you had at VIZIO was negative and would love the opportunity to gather more feedback. In the spirit of our culture commitment of transparency, communicating openly and frequently is important in order to resolve challenges. We always encourage our employees to bring forth concerns while employed so we can take action. In April 2020, in response to many business uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 crisis, we evaluated and streamlined our organization, which impacted a small percentage of our workforce. As with many companies in this unprecedented climate, these types of decisions are extremely difficult to make and while not easy, we’ve had to respond quickly in order to ensure a level of business continuity that will sustain the company for the long term. VIZIO hasn’t explored selling the company for several years. We apologize if you have been misinformed. VIZIO has a holistic strategic plan focusing on developing the three pillars of our business: devices, data and advertising. We are positioned well for future growth in all three areas of our business and look forward to a time when we are able to resume normal business operations, as are many other companies!
