      There is no even one thing to say positive about this company.

      Cons

      Owners do not keep their promises, and they are not clear with their employees. They can say lie you accept their offer and in reality, they will not be doing that. Also, they do not pay salary in time. And sometimes people do not get a salary for 3 months.
