At first it's very overwhelming, and the moment you adapt to this fast-paced, extremely demanding and the high expectations of the agency, you get to experience your full potential and realize you are more capable than you thought. The work culture is open and free. Free-thinking, strong POVs and being passionate about your work is required. We all have fun and we are all independent.
Cons
It's intense, fast-paced, and you have to do well with paying attention to details, retaining a wealth of information thrown at you, and to constantly deliver outstanding creative solutions. If you don't do well with managing high-stakes, and high accounts, a lot of weak ADs don't last long here. You have to love challenges and not be intimidated by the the timelines and type of clients.
