Pros

Exposure to working with top brands, great people to work with, truly talented people, lots of investment in Ai tools

Cons

Low pay, very slow to move up, siloed teams makes it hard to see the "why" when requests come in from upper management, everyone is always over worked, required to be in office all though you can get around it if your team is remote

Pros

Remote environment with great team members.

Cons

So much uncertainty around roles and tenure. Even the upper management were walking on eggshells. A new president comes in and just ignores the entire team. If you're not high up on WT ranks, you don't exist. With WT as the umbrella, the smaller company arms are disposable to them. I was told a year then they liked me so much, my contract kept getting extended. Each month, I'd ask for a heads up if there was any discussions about even potentially not continuing my contract so I could start looking for other work and was verbally assured every month that they were going to transition me to full-time W2. I got 1 day advance notice that they weren't keeping me instead. If you've got friends in the company, you'll be noticed. No matter how successful your work makes the team, if you don't have connections, you won't get far. Upper leadership are snobby and entitled. Expecting assistance for personal needs
